Refund policy

All Verdant products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Defective or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us at verdantshopper@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll review and get back to you within 2–3 business days. If confirmed, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that have been washed, worn, or damaged after receipt.
